 PANEER AKURI


Ingredients:

  • Paneer - 250 gm (mashed)
  • Oil - 1tbsp
  • Green mango - 1 (small size) (finely chopped)
  • Green chillies - 2 to 3 (finely chopped)
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  • Curry leaves - few
  • Cummin seeds - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

For Garnish: 

  • Coriander leaves -  1 tbsp (finely chopped)

Method:

In a frying pan add oil, curry leaves, cummin seeds and green chillies fry of 2 minutes.

Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 5 to 10 minutes in a low flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
