PANEER IN TOMATO SAUCE


Ingredients:

  • Paneer - 500 gm 
  • Butter - 2 tsp
  • Tomato Sauce - 1 cup
  • Garlic - 4 to 5 flakes
  • Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

For Garnish:

  • Spring onion - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp

Method:

In a large sauce pan add butter , garlic fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, pepper and salt cook for 3 to 5 minutes (low flame). Stir in between.

Add paneer pieces in the tomato sauce and covering it all  round with the sauce. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Remove from fire and transfer to serving dish. Sprinkle spring onion and fresh cream. Serve hot.
