 STUFFED PANEER


Ingredients:

For Garnish:

  • Onion rings 
  • Tomato slices

Method:

Wash and make a slit on one side of the paneer and cut through but keeping the other three sides intact. Stuff with green chutney.

Heat ghee in a frying pan place the paneer in the ghee and fry for 5 minutes on either side.

Serve garnished with onion rings and tomato slices.
