Ingredients:

  • Milk - 2 liters 
  • Fresh Lemon juice - 1 tbsp (or) White Vinegar 

 

Method:

  • Heat milk in a heavy bottom pot .
  • When its starts boiling pour juice of lemon (or) White Vinegar.
  • Soon it curdles the milk Strain through a clean muslin cloth, and hang on.
  • When water is drained well, twist the cloth, transfer to plate and put another plate on top with heavy weight on.
  • After one hour remove the cloth and mix the paneer together and need well and cut into cube shape.
