How to prepare Paneer Rolls ? - Paneer Recipes - Viji's New Recipes

 PANEER ROLL


Ingredients:

  • Fresh Bread - 8 to 10 slices(crust removed) 
  • Paneer - 250 gm (cut into long sticks)
  • Butter -5 tbsp
  • Mustard sauce - 1 tsp
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Direction:

  • Grill the paneer pieces for 10 minutes under a hot grill turning frequently until brown all over  .
  • In a bowl beat together mustard sauce and butter; add seasoning to taste and mix together.
  • Roll the bread slices lightly with a rolling pin and then spread the butter sauce mixture on them. 
  • Preheat the oven to 100°C. Place the paneer stick diagonally across each slice of bread and roll it up tightly two corners and secure it with a tooth pick.
  • Brush butter on each roll and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with crisp salad and tomato sauce.
