Grill the paneer pieces for 10 minutes under a hot grill turning frequently until brown all over .
In a bowl beat together mustard sauce and butter; add seasoning to taste and mix together.
Roll the bread slices lightly with a rolling pin and then spread the butter sauce mixture on them.
Preheat the oven to 100°C. Place the paneer stick diagonally across each slice of bread and roll it up tightly two corners and secure it with a tooth pick.
Brush butter on each roll and bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
